عن التطبيق تطبيق دائرة القضاء الذكي يحوي على حزمة من الخدمات والمعلومات العدلية والقضائية والتي تعد المرجع الأول للمتعامل لمتابعة طلباته الالكترونية وملفاته القضائية في دائرة القضاء – أبوظبي أبرز هذه الخدمات: 1. ملفات القضايا والتي توضح كافة تفاصيل الملفات وحالتها في المحاكم والنيابات والمواعيد المرتبطة بها مع إمكانية تقديم الطلبات عليها. 2. مراجعة وتحديث بيانات المتعامل لدى دائرة القضاء. 3. اشعار المتعامل بشأن ملفاته القضائية والطلبات المقدمة من حيث التحديثات الجديدة والإجراءات المطلوبة من قبل المتعامل. 4. الاستعلام عن حالة القضايا المدنية أو الجزائية، الاستعلام عن حالة الوثيقة، الاستفسار عن الملفات القضائية من قبل الموظف المختص بشكل مباشر. 5. متابعة الايداعات المالية الخاصة بملفاته. 6. دفع غرامات الاحكام والقضايا الجزائية 7. متابعة المواعيد لحضور الجلسات المجدولة تعمل دائرة القضاء – أبوظبي على تحديث وتطوير التطبيق بشكل مستمر وعليه نوصي جميع المتعاملين بضرورة تحديث التطبيق بشكل دوري للاستفادة التامة من التجربة. وفي حالة وجود أي ملاحظة يتوجب عليه التواصل مع دائرة القضاء والتبليغ عنه بالطرق المتاحة من خلال التطبيق. About the application The ADJD smart application contains a package of judicial services and legal information, which is the first reference point for clients to follow up their electronic requests and judicial files in the Judicial Department - Abu Dhabi, among the most important services are: 1. Case files: it shows all details of files, their status in the courts and prosecution offices, any dates set for hearings or actions, and it enables you to submit any requests related thereto. 2. Review and update customer data registered with the Judicial Department. 3. Notifications to customers regarding the judicial files and requests submitted by them, whether there are any new updates or any procedures required by them to do. 4. Enquiry about the status of civil or criminal cases, enquiry about the status of documents, enquiry about judicial files directly with the relevant employee. 5. Follow up on the financial deposits related to clients’ files. 6. Payment of fines for criminal judgments and cases 7. Follow up on appointments to attend scheduled sessions and hearings.
