Edu.One được tạo ra để phục vụ việc xây dựng hệ thống Kênh thông tin chuyên dùng cho Ngành giáo dục, bao gồm: Kênh thông tin trực tiếp từ Sở GD&ĐT đến Học sinh và Phụ huynh toàn tỉnh, Kênh thông tin trực tiếp từ Phòng GD&ĐT đến Học sinh và Phụ huynh toàn huyện, Kênh thông tin trực tiếp từ Ban Giám hiệu nhà trường đến Học sinh và Phụ huynh toàn trường, Kênh thông tin trực tiếp từ Giáo viên đến Học sinh và Phụ huynh của lớp mình phụ trách giảng dạy hoặc chủ nhiệm. Edu.One làm cho nhiều quy trình thực hiện công việc ở các nhà trường trở nên rất đơn giản, giải phóng hầu hết nhân công so với trước.
