Avec l'application « Mes Assurances» du Crédit Agricole vous pouvez déclarer un sinistre à tout moment ou être mis en relation directe avec un gestionnaire sinistre. Vous pouvez aussi retrouver facilement vos attestations d’assurance, directement dans l’application. Enfin, si vous êtes assuré santé, vous pouvez consulter vos remboursements, télécharger votre carte de tiers payant, estimer vos remboursements et bénéficier d’une téléconsultation. PRINCIPALES FONCTIONNALITÉS Vous pouvez : - Déclarer un sinistre : renseignez les circonstances de votre sinistre et joignez jusqu’à 3 photos pour compléter votre déclaration. Une fois la déclaration envoyée, les services PACIFICA vous recontactent. - Gérer votre sinistre en cours : afin de simplifier/accélérer le traitement de votre dossier, vous pouvez envoyer en temps réel les justificatifs demandés par votre gestionnaire. - Faire face à un « Bris de glace » : si vous avez souscrit à l’option bris de glace, trouvez facilement un spécialiste en vitrage automobile à proximité grâce à un annuaire géolocalisé. - Editer vos attestations : vous pouvez consulter, télécharger ou envoyer par mail les attestations d’assurances les plus utiles. - Accéder aux services d’urgence ou entrer directement en relation avec un gestionnaire. L’application intègre également un service permettant aux clients sourds ou malentendants de prendre contact avec un assistant. - Consulter le détail de vos contrats auto, assurance des accidents de la vie et santé. Pour les assurés santé : - Consulter, télécharger ou envoyer par mail votre carte de tiers payant. - Suivre vos remboursements santé et télécharger les décomptes associés avec un historique sur les 24 derniers mois. - Estimer vos remboursements pour les frais de soins courants en optique, dentaire, hospitalier et audioprothèse. - Entrer en contact avec un professionnel de santé grâce à la téléconsultation. - Transmettre une facture, un devis ou demander une prise en charge hospitalière. Ces fonctionnalités sont accessibles aux clients Pacifica disposant d’un compte bancaire au Crédit Agricole ou à la Banque Chalus.
