Aplikasi Otentikasi adalah salah satu cara untuk Otentikasi agar pensiunan tidak harus datang ke Bank atau Pos untuk mengambil uang pensiun, jika pensiunan memiliki kendala terkait penggunaan perangkat HP/Smartphone untuk Otentikasi, pensiunan masih bisa datang langsung ke Mitra Bayar Bank atau Pos. > Dalam otentikasi ini akan diminta menirukan 3 gerakan yg akan diacak. Jika gagal maka akan diminta mengulang 2x. > Jika 3x gagal maka akan disebut "Otentikasi Gagal". > Jika berhasil 1x akan disebut "Otentikasi Berhasil". Kegagalan bisa terjadi karena 1. Pencahayaan kurang 2. Bisa jadi orang yang otentikasi tidak sama dengan yang ada dalam data biometrik/enroll 3. Belum melakukan enroll 4. Saat menirukan gerakan wajah terlalu cepat atau tidak sesuai dengan yang diminta. Tujuan dibangunnya aplikasi ini adalah sebagai alternatif proses Otentikasi bagi para pensiunan sehingga para pensiunan tidak lagi harus pergi ke Mitra Bayar/Pos sehingga dapat mempermudah pensiunan dari jarak tempuh dan biaya yang dikeluarkan Jika Mitra Bayar/Pos terletak jauh dari domisili pensiunan. Untuk melakukan Otentikasi menggunakan HP/Smartphone memang butuh penyesuaian dalam tahap tahap Otentikasi yang ada, namun seiring berjalannya waktu diharapkan pensiunan dapat terbiasa dengan proses Otentikasi yang ada. Aplikasi ini diperuntukan bagi seluruh pensiunan dan akan lebih optimal digunakan oleh pensiunan yang baru memasuki masa pensiun.
