(jaranda.kr) 방과후 아이들의 언니, 오빠, 형, 누나 - 성장하는 시간을 함께하는 멘토가 되어주세요! 우리 집에서 가까운 집 아이와 놀고 공부하는 선생님 내가 잘 하는 수업, 내가 하고싶은 만큼 인정받고 도움되는 아르바이트! ▶ 자란다 선생님 되는 법 회원가입으로 선생님 정보를 입력하고 예비 선생님 OT에 참석해주세요. 기본 교육과 인터뷰 후 자란다 선생님으로 활동하실 수 있습니다! 이동거리도 아이성향도 나에게 잘 맞는 수업을 간편하게 찾아보고 추천받으세요. ▶ 아동 및 교육 관련 전공자만 가능한가요? 특기와 성실함을 갖추었다면, 애정과 에너지를 가졌다면 전공 상관없이 얼마든지 함께하실 수 있어요! 자란다는 선생님과의 인터뷰를 통해 강점과 장점을 파악하고 꼭 필요한 아동발달 교육을 제공하면서 선생님의 능력이 충분히 발휘될 수 있도록 수업을 추천해 드리고 있습니다. ▶ 급여와 조건이 궁금해요. 놀이돌봄 시작 시급 1만원부터, 배움 수업은 더 높은 수업료를 받으실 수 있습니다. 자란다에서 열심히 활동하면 아이와 선생님의 성장과 함께 선생님의 급여도 성장해요! 한 번만 만나는 수업과 정기적으로 만나는 수업이 있으며, 개인 사정으로 한동안 활동이 어려울 경우 잠시 쉬는중 상태로 변경하실 수 있습니다.
