Description

MemScreen est une application destinée aux professionnels de santé pour évaluer la mémoire des sujets ayant une plainte cognitive. Cette application permet un test de première ligne de la mémoire épisodique verbale. L’application doit être réalisée par la personne en autotest, sous la supervision d’un médecin. Un score inférieur ou égal à 9/12 peut justifier d’investigations plus avancées, en fonction du contexte clinique. Un test normal n’élimine pas une pathologie débutante de la mémoire. Ce test ne remplace pas une évaluation médicale des fonctions cognitives. Le test est effectué de manière anonyme. Il est possible pour le médecin de consulter dans la partie historique les résultats des sessions précédentes. Cette application a été conçue par le Dr Julien Dumurgier et développée par le Centre de Neurologie Cognitive de l’hôpital Lariboisière-Fernand Widal, AP-HP, Université Paris Denis Diderot.
