Od dzisiaj w takiej sytuacji wystarczy użyć aplikacji Ratunek, która w trakcie zgłoszenia wypadku podaje dokładną lokalizację osoby dzwoniącej. Dzięki zastosowaniu aplikacji Ratunek, ratownicy będą wiedzieć gdzie udać się z pomocą, udzielą jej szybciej i skuteczniej! Najważniejsze funkcje aplikacji Ratunek: - wzywanie pomocy (zgłoszenie wypadku) – poprzez kontakt telefoniczny ze Służbami Ratowniczymi działającymi w Polsce, w regionach górskich, oraz nad wodą czyli GOPR, TOPR, WOPR i MOPR. W trakcie wzywania pomocy aplikacja automatycznie wybiera zintegrowany z nią numer ratunkowy w górach 601 100 300 lub nad wodą 601 100 100, łączy się z właściwą Służbą Ratowniczą, - lokalizacja osoby potrzebującej pomocy – automatyczne wysłanie informacji z dokładną lokalizacją (do 3 m) osoby dzwoniącej do wybranej Służby Ratowniczej.
