This is an app for signing for using and agreeing on terms of the application '연명의료정보처리시스템'. 연명의료정보처리시스템 이용자 서명용 애플리케이션은 『연명의료결정법』에 따라 국립연명의료관리기관이 운영하는 연명의료정보처리시스템(https://intra.lst.go.kr)에서, 사전연명의료의향서 등록기관 또는 의료기관 윤리위원회가 설치된 의료기관의 사용자가 직접 문서를 작성할 때 서명을 생성 및 전송하여 문서 작성을 지원하기 위한 서비스입니다. 따라서 정보처리시스템에서 사용자 승인을 받은 사람, 또는 승인받은 사용자의 요청을 받은 사람만 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. [사전연명의료의향서 등록기관] 사전연명의료의향서 등록기관은 『연명의료결정법』에 따라 보건복지부의 지정을 받아 사전연명의료의향서의 작성·등록을 지원하고 등록·변경·철회 요청된 사전연명의료의향서를 정보처리시스템에 통보하는 등의 업무를 담당하는 기관입니다. 이에 본 연명의료정보처리시스템 이용자 서명용 애플리케이션은 사전연명의료의향서 등록기관의 종사자 중 정보처리시스템의 승인된 사용자(상담자, 등록자)가 사전연명의료의향서를 웹(PC)에서 바로 작성하여 등록·변경·철회를 정보처리시스템에 통보하고자 할 때 작성자의 서명을 직접 받아 시스템에 입력하는 기능을 지원합니다. [의료기관윤리위원회를 등록한 의료기관] 의료기관윤리위원회를 등록한 의료기관은 『연명의료결정법』에 따라 연명의료중단등결정 및 그 이행에 관한 업무를 수행하려는 의료기관으로, 해당 의료기관에서 환자를 직접 진료한 담당의사는 연명의료 관련 법정서식을 작성하여 관리기관에 통보하는 업무를 수행합니다. 이에 본 연명의료정보처리시스템 이용자 서명용 애플리케이션은 해당 의료기관에서 담당의사가 연명의료 관련 법정서식을 웹(PC)에서 바로 작성하여 정보처리시스템에 통보하고자 할 때 협진 요청된 전문의의 서명 또는 환자의 서명을 직접 받아 시스템에 입력하는 기능을 지원합니다.
