La no dieta es un régimen que se basa en contar puntos en lugar de calorías como ocurriría con otras dietas. Su nombre tan curioso viene dado porque no es una dieta restrictiva, se pueden consumir los alimentos que se deseen siempre y cuando no se sobrepase el capital de puntos asignado a cada persona. Cada cantidad de un alimento está valorado en determinados puntos y cada persona tiene un capital diario de puntos a consumir, además de un extra de puntos semanales. El objetivo principal de esta dieta es conseguir que adquiramos hábitos saludables de alimentación siendo conscientes de lo que comemos. Existen dos métodos distintos de puntuación en la aplicación, que está desarrollada para ayudar a gestionar tu dieta de puntos, llevando un control de tu capital diario y semanal.
