Mindfulness means training your attention and shifting from a state of doing to a state of being. You take a break from your to-do lists and shift your focus away from thoughts and into your body. In this way, you practice being more present and aware in the current moment. The app contains NO ads. It is FREE to download, and the free version includes 10 mindfulness exercises that are always freely accessible. The full version of the app currently contains 80 different guided mindfulness exercises. If you're completely new to mindfulness and meditation and want to try out this app, you can sign up for a ONE-WEEK FREE TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION and also download a small e-book for free, which is connected to the beginner album "The First Steps." This gives you an introduction to how to approach meditation and a small tour of the various albums and themes in the app. The app also includes all the basic mindfulness exercises as they are used in the original Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. This includes: Body Scan, Yoga, Meditation. We also have a Loving-Kindness album. Albums for PAIN management and SLEEP exercises are also included, all contributing to helping you achieve a balanced state of body and mind. This also applies to our unique album: "Mindfulness for PREGNANCY," which contains specific exercises for pregnant women. The yoga exercises are simple and gentle and can be performed by most people – including pain patients and pregnant women (everyone should, of course, take into account their personal limitations and respect their own boundaries). The exercises vary in length, from 5 to 30 minutes, making them suitable for both short breaks during the day and for use at home, where you set aside more time to prioritize yourself and your well-being. The app can, for example, be used with headphones on the bus/train or during short breaks at work. Research shows that 10-20 minutes of daily mindfulness practice can have a significant impact on a wide range of stress-related conditions. The exercises are intended as a form of self-help, and the app can be used in conjunction with a physical mindfulness course or program, but also by anyone who wants to achieve more presence, calm, and self-care on their own.
