It is used daily by coaches, elite athletes, physiotherapists, and researchers all over the world. Unlike generic fitness apps, My Jump Lab is scientifically validated, with accuracy confirmed in more than 20 peer-reviewed international scientific studies. It allows you to assess performance with precision comparable to expensive laboratory equipment, using only your iPhone or iPad. My Jump Lab uses the advanced sensors and camera of your iPhone or iPad to measure performance in a simple, reliable, and validated way, without the need for any additional hardware. For example, vertical jumps and barbell velocity can be measured in real time using artificial intelligence, directly from video captured with your camera. With My Jump Lab, you can assess more than 30 performance tests, covering jumping, strength, sprinting, change of direction, mobility, wellness, force-time analysis, and more — all within a single, integrated platform. TESTS INCLUDED IN THE SUBSCRIPTION: ◉ Jumping: CMJ, SJ, CMJ free arms, DJ, optimal Force-Velocity Profile, RSI-mod, horizontal jump, single leg asymmetry and 10-5 repeated jump tests. ◉ Velocity-based training (VBT): measurement of mean concentric velocity, load-velocity profiling, 1RM estimation, velocity loss and barbell trajectory tracking. ◉ Running and Sprinting: horizontal force-velocity profile, contact/flight times, duty factor, leg stiffness, leg asymmetry, pronation/supination, contralateral pelvic drop, linear sprint time with splits, curved sprint, horizontal deceleration, Sprint Mechanics Assessment Score (S-MAS), 5-0-5, 5+5, V-Cut and Illinois COD tests. ◉ Mobility: range of motion for ankle dorsiflexion, neck flexion/extension, hip flexion and internal rotation, shoulder flexion and internal rotation. ◉ Wellness: sleep, fatigue, stress and soreness questionnaires. ◉ Hamstrings strength: Nordic hamstring breakpoint angle and torque calculation. ◉ Force-time curves: real-time raw force time curves using the accelerometer. ◉ Motion capture: real-time knee valgus and squat depth measurement using markerless motion capture.
