Effective treatment methods can help you regain good sleep. You will encounter the following content, for example:​ • Keeping an intelligent sleep diary​ • Optimizing sleep times​ • Dealing with circling thoughts and ruminations​ • Using relaxation techniques in a targeted manner​ • Tracking personal sleep goals​ • Integrate fitness trackers for sleep analysis. ​ Optional: via HealthKit, the sleep journal can be filled out automatically when linked with the Apple Watch.​ With somnio, you are supported by the digital sleep expert Albert - a smart companion, behind which stands an intelligent algorithm developed by sleep researchers.
